Mailing Types That Include Tracking

The following mailing options include tracking information:

• USPS Certified Mail
• USPS Registered Mail
• FedEx 2Day

These options provide updates on mailing status and delivery through their respective tracking systems.

Mailing Types Without Tracking

The following mailing types do not include tracking:

• USPS First-Class Mail
• USPS Marketing Mail

These services do not offer visibility into delivery progress or confirmation.

How to Track Your Letters

To access tracking information for Certified, Registered, and FedEx letters:

1. Log into your LetterStream account
2. Click on the Job Name or Number of the mailing you'd like to track
3. On the job details page, look to the right of each recipient
4. Click the "Tracking" link to view the most recent updates from USPS or FedEx

This provides direct access to real-time tracking from the relevant delivery service if the letter was mailed through LetterStream.
