Envelope Endorsements
Getting Started
An "endorsement" is a short message that is placed in a location where the recipient can see it without opening the envelope. It might exist as part of your return address or on the coversheet of the mailing, which would show through the window in the envelope.
An endorsement can help to emphasize the content and importance of the included documents.
We can currently add an endorsement (up to 50 characters) to certain mailings, and there are a couple of ways to accomplish it.

For mailing that include regular #10 sized outer envelopes, the best way to include an endorsement is to use the "Extra Line" option on the return address page:
In this example, the return address would show as:
John Smith
1234 W. Main Street
Scottsdale AZ 85255
