BAA Options Through LetterStream

We are a HIPAA compliant online printing and mailing company. If your company would like to sign a BAA with us, we have a couple options to consider!

General BAA (Review/sign our BAA)

Our General BAA is our pre-written BAA and is ready to go anytime. This a good option for organizations of any size that require a BAA, and is the fastest way to gain one with our service.

If you would like to sign our BAA, this option currently requires $500 to be added to your LetterStream account as a credit. This is not a fee, as 100% of the funds will be redeemable and automatically applied towards future mailings until the credit runs out.

Customized BAA (Review/sign your custom BAA)

If you are a large organization and prefer that we review and sign your own customized BAA, this might be a better option.

Because of the time our legal team will need to take reviewing the document, and the time between our organizations for possible revisions, this option requires a prepay amount of $5,000 to be added to your LetterStream account, and 100% of the funds are redeemable and will be automatically applied towards future mailings until the credit runs out.
