Website Timeout During Payment
If the site appears to time out when submitting payment:
- Try a different browser or device
- Disable VPNs or check browser security settings
- Attempt payment with a different card or payment method
Double Payment Appearance
- If your bank statement shows duplicate payments, it’s likely due to a failed attempt showing as a pending transaction.
- These typically disappear from your statement within a few business days.
Card and Payment Entry Errors
Here are common entry-related issues and their fixes:
- Incorrect Payment Zip Code
- Ensure the zip code entered matches the billing zip on your card
- Invalid Request Amount
- Payments must be at least $0.50 USD
- If needed, increase job cost or add funds via PrePay (minimum $20)
- Incorrect Card Security Code (CVV)
- Verify the 3- or 4-digit code is entered correctly
- Insufficient Funds
- Confirm available balance with your bank
- Card Was Declined
- General decline issued by your bank; contact them directly
- Incorrect Card Number
- Double-check the number for accuracy
- Card Has Expired
- Use a valid, non-expired card for payment
