Payment Errors

Getting Started

This article goes over many possible payment errors that can occur during a payment attempt. If your card was declined during the purchase process we will generally have little insight into why that's the case, so we recommend reaching out to your bank for further information.

Website times out

In the rare occurrence that our website appears to time-out upon submitting payment, we recommend trying the following options:

  1. Try a different browser or device
  2. Check your security settings (if you use a VPN that can cause this to occur)
  3. Try a different payment method

Double Payment

Your bank statement might appear to reflect the same payment twice. This is generally due to a failed attempt the first time. In this case, the first attempt is appearing on the statement as a "pending" transaction, but will disappear in a couple of business days.

Incorrect Payment Zip Code

The customer has entered an incorrect zip code that is not associated to the card.

Invalid Request Amount

$.50 USD is the minimum amount our system will accept. In the rare event that an order of less than this amount needs to be paid for, our system will not allow it.

A work around to this would be to increase the job cost, add more mailings to the shopping cart, or use the PrePay option and add $20 to the account.

Incorrect Card Security Code

This is due to an incorrect security code being entered, also known as the CVV code.

Insufficient funds

The bank has indicated that the account does not have enough funds to cover the cost of payment.

Card Was Declined

The issuing bank has issued a general "decline" for the purchase attempt. We don't receive details about why this happens, so we recommend reaching out to your bank for more information.

Card Number Is Incorrect

The card number is incorrect.

Card Has Expired

The card used for payment has passed it's expiration date.
