Sending Newsletters Through LetterStream

The term "Newsletter" can be used in a few different ways. When we refer to Newsletters, we're referring to our 11x17 double-folded and tabbed option.

However, many of our customers send a "Newsletter" to their recipients which is just a regular sized sheet of paper that includes general (information for them (maybe regarding their community or HOA for example).

If you need to send a Newsletter (a regular sized document) this is easy! You can login to your account and click the Send Letter(s) button to get started. From there you can choose from USPS First-Class mail or USPS Marketing Mail to send your documents.

Our newsletter product requires a very specific format in order to properly utilize it, and it's not available within an account by default.
