Mailing Options

When sending newsletters, you can choose from two USPS mailing methods:

  • USPS First-Class Mail
    • Typically delivered in 3-7 business days
    • Suitable for time-sensitive updates
    • Optional Certified Mail for tracking and signature confirmation
  • USPS Marketing Mail
    • Cost-effective for bulk communication
    • Slower delivery, best for general information

How to Get Started

  2. Click the Send Letter(s) button.
  3. Upload your document and choose your mailing preferences.
  4. Select the mail type depending on your needs.
  5. Complete the steps to finalize and approve your job.
