Certified Mail to Washington State

LetterStream does not offer a specialized Washington mailing service.

Washington-specific mailings have been fully discontinued, and we do not offer a mailing option that originates within Washington.

Washington House Bill 2664 (HB 2664) ended the requirement to use Certified Mail for certain eviction and rent-increase notices effective June 11, 2026. Under the updated law, another mailing method, such as First-Class Mail, may be sufficient depending on your specific legal requirements.

LetterStream continues to offer USPS First-Class Mail and Certified Mail through our regular mailing operations. However, mail sent through LetterStream does not originate within Washington.

Regular First-Class Mail and Certified Mail options remain available and can be used whenever they meet your mailing and legal requirements.
