Coupon Mailing Options Overview
You can choose between:
- Coupon Sheets: 4-up perforated sheets—recipients tear off coupons themselves.
- Coupon Booklets: Individually cut and glue-bound booklets for easier, pre-assembled use.
Required Upload: Data File & OCR Line
To create a coupon mailing, you need to upload a CSV data file containing:
- Recipient details
- Information needed to generate the OCR line on payment stubs
A sample data file template is accessible when you click Send Coupon(s) within your LetterStream account.

Coupon Sheets
- Format: Multiple coupons per sheet (4-up) on perforated cardstock
- Recipient Use: Tear-off format
- Best For: Buyers who prefer easy removal or separated coupon handling
Coupon Booklets
- Format: Individually cut and glue-bound booklets
- Recipient Use: Flip-through format
- Best For: Elegance, convenience, or when booklet-style binding is preferred
