What to Do If Your File Is Too Large

If your file exceeds 200MB:

• Contact LetterStream Support to discuss alternate methods for transferring your file securely

Tips for Reducing File Size

Large files often result from:

• Mail merges created in Microsoft Word
• Embedded graphics (logos, watermarks, signatures)

To reduce size:

• Compress or resize image files
• Remove high-resolution graphics
• Use fewer embedded images
• Re-export the file as a PDF after adjusting settings
