Search Past Mailings

Our Search feature allows you to easily find specific letters, jobs, and recipients that you've sent something to in the past. 

After logging into the LetterStream website, you'll arrive at the "My Current and Completed Jobs" page.  Immediately below the word "Completed" in the page name is a tab that says "SEARCH", click on the tab to open a selection of search options.  The one trick is you need to select the radio button (round check box) beside Job or Recipient depending on what you are searching for otherwise you may not see the results you are searching for.

Items you can search on when doing a "jobs" search include:

• any part of a job name
• all jobs created by a specific person
• job number
• certified tracking number

Items you can search on when doing a "recipients" search include:

• first name
• last name
• address
• city
• state
• zip

You can also search for unpaid and/or deleted jobs by using the options to the right.
