What is Full-Bleed Printing?
Full-bleed printing is a technique where the printed image or background color extends all the way to the edges of the paper, without leaving any white margins or borders. This requires the image to be printed on a slightly larger sheet and then trimmed to size.
When is Full-Bleed Printing Available?
Full-bleed printing is only available with the PRO Postcard option at LetterStream. When using this option:
- Your image(s) will be trimmed to ensure a true full-bleed finish.
- The final result will have no visible white margins or borders.
Default Printing for Other Job Types
For all other job types (not using the PRO Postcard option):
- Full-bleed printing is not applied by default.
- Documents will include standard margins and will not be trimmed to the edge of the pap
