Document Sizes and Scaling
Here are some examples of what happens when you upload a document that might not be the same size as the stock you are selecting:
Situation: You select standard sized paper stock (8.5x11) but your document is larger on either edge (8.26x11.69 for example)
Result: Your document will be scaled down to fit onto an 8.5x11 sheet of paper
Situation: You select standard sized paper stock (8.5x11) but your document is smaller (8x10 or 2x1 as examples)
Result: Your document will be imposed onto and 8.5x11 sheet of paper but will not be scaled up (it will retain it's actual size on the 8.5x11 sheet of paper)
Situation: You upload a postcard mailing using our larger postcard option (which is a 5.5x8.5 postcard) but your document is a larger size
Result: You will be taken to a crop screen where you can crop your original document down to the correct size
Situation: You upload a postcard mailing using our smaller postcard option (which is a 4.25x5.5 postcard) but your document is a larger size
Result: You will be taken to a crop screen where you can crop your original document down to the correct size
