Requirements

To use this advanced mailing option, ensure the following:

  • Consistent Address Placement: The recipient address must appear in the same location on every page.
  • Single Combined PDF: All letters must be in one PDF file.
  • Manual Assistance Required: This type of mailing setup cannot be completed through the standard online process and requires our support team’s involvement.
