If you have a single PDF that contains multiple letters—each with a different number of pages per recipient—LetterStream can help process this mailing, but it's an advanced option that needs to be considered.

This advanced option allows for a single PDF document with non-uniform page counts per recipient, provided certain criteria are met.

  • John receives 2 pages

As long as all letters:

  1. Are included in a single PDF and
  2. Meet formatting criteria below

Requirements

To use this advanced mailing option, ensure the following:

  • Consistent Address Placement: The recipient addresses must appear in the exact same location on the first page of every new recipient.
  • Single Combined PDF: All letters must be in one PDF file.
  • Manual Assistance Required: This type of mailing setup cannot be completed through the standard online process and requires our support team’s involvement.
