Resetting your password
If you are having trouble logging in, you can click the "lost password" link immediately below the password box on the login screen. A new password will be created and emailed to the email address you entered.
If you are not sure if you have an account, contact the LetterStream administrator within your company or call or email us directly.
Keep in mind, you can change your password anytime you are already in your account on the My Account page.
