This article guides you through changing key account details in your LetterStream profile, including email address, password, name, and return address.

Accessing Account Settings

  • Log in to your LetterStream account.
  • Click on the My Account tab in the main menu.
  • Select Account Settings from the dropdown.

Changing Your Email Address

  • Within the Account Settings page, locate the email field.
  • Enter your new email address and save changes.

Resetting Your Password

  • Use the password field in the Account Settings to enter a new password.
  • Save your changes to update your login credentials.

Managing Email Preferences

  • You can opt in or out of receiving system-generated emails from LetterStream within the email preferences section of Account Settings.

Updating Your Name or Company Name

  • On the Account Settings page, scroll to the Your Default Address section.
  • Modify the Name field to update the name that appears on your invoices.

Changing Your Default Return Address

  • Update your default return address under the Your Default Address section.
  • This address is used for mailings unless manually overridden in a specific job.

Make sure to save all changes before exiting the page to ensure your updates are applied.
