How do I use the address list clean up tool?
Upon selecting "Create a New Job" from your dashboard, you then have the option to select the 'Address List Cleanup (CASS)' job type or the 'Deluxe Address Cleanup (NCOA)' job type.
You will then be asked to name your job and upload a file. You must upload a CSV formatted address list, and It may be helpful to include a header row in your address list. Upon selecting the proper columns, click the "continue" button at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to the shopping cart and you will see a new job in your job list. It takes a few minutes for you addresses to be cleaned. When they are ready, you should receive an email.
You will also be able to click on your job name to download your cleaned file once it's finished processing.
