If your PDF contains multiple recipient and return addresses, no problem—our system can process each set of address data correctly. However, return envelope options are slightly more limited when using this setup.

How Multiple Return Addresses Work

When your PDF includes different return addresses for each recipient:

• So long as they are in the same location, our system automatically detects the varying return addresses.
• No additional options are needed—just upload your document as is.

Return Envelope Restrictions

Generic return envelopes cannot be customized to match individual return addresses. When selecting a return envelope:

• The two generic return envelope options will appear greyed out.
• You must use one of the Hand Match options instead.

How to Use Hand Match Envelopes

Hand Match envelopes are:

• Dynamically generated to match each return address in your PDF.
• Designed to guarantee accuracy by ensuring the envelope content and printed return address correspond perfectly.

Once selected, the system will automatically format the files in the correct order.
