Return Envelope Endorsements
There are a few return envelope options that allow you to include a custom message (or endorsement) on the envelope itself. An endorsement is used when you want to communicate a general message that emphasizes the importance of the enclosed document.
Once you get to the Job Inserts Review page you will see a button that says "Add an Envelope". Clicking on this button will show you a list of return envelopes we offer. The top 4 options have an optional "Endorsement" section where you can enter any text you would like. This text will be included on the return envelopes for your mailing, and the text will appear near to the bottom left corner of the envelopes on the proof screen.
Additionally, if you are required to provide an area where the recipients have to sign the envelope you can use this section for that as well. Simply enter "Signature Required ______________" as the endorsement text and it will show on the return envelopes throughout your mailing as so:
