What if I loaded the wrong document?
If the job hasn't been paid for and sent to our production team, it is easy to edit the job and add, remove, or replace inserts.
In the event that we've already started printing or creating your job, we might be able to add it for you depending on the details of your mailing and the amount of work we have done on it. Simply put the job on hold and add comments that you are sending another document to be inserted. Send the additional document to email@example.com and reference the job# that it belongs with. In the same email, ask us to take the job off of hold and process it. In the event that we already inserted the job before you placed it on hold, we reserve the right to charge you for reprocessing the job.
