This article explains the available mail mail out speeds, associated fees, and cut-off times. These options determine how quickly your documents are printed and handed off to the USPS or FedEx, but do not impact delivery timeframes.

Mail Out Options Overview

LetterStream offers three mail out speeds:

  • Normal Mail Out: Default mail-out includes 2 business days.
  • Expedite Mail Out: Mail-out by the next business day.
  • Rush Mail Out: Same-day mail-out (if submitted before the cut-off time).

Cost Breakdown

Each mail out option is priced as follows:

  • Normal Mail Out: No additional fee
  • Expedite Mail Out: 10% of total cost + $1.99
  • Rush Mail Out: 20% of total cost + $3.99

To see the exact cost for each mail out option:

  1. Add your job to the shopping cart.
  2. Select each mail out speed to instantly see how the total cost changes.

Cut-Off Times

  • Expedite Mail Out:
    • No cut-off time; available on most products
    • Ensures next business day mail-out
  • Rush Mail Out:
    • Cut-off time is 3 PM Arizona time
    • Ensures same business day mail-out if paid before the cut-off

Important Notes

  • These mail out options do not affect the delivery timeframe.
  • Delivery speed is based on the mail type selected (e.g., First-Class, Certified, FedEx).
  • Estimated delivery timelines are shown when you choose your mail type but are not guaranteed.
