This article explains the available mail processing speed options, associated fees, and cut-off times. These options determine how quickly your documents are printed and handed off to the USPS or FedEx, but do not impact delivery timeframes.

Processing Options Overview

LetterStream offers three processing speeds:

• Normal Processing: Standard processing with mail-out within 2 business days.
• Expedite Processing: Mail-out by the next business day.
• Rush Processing: Same-day mail-out (if submitted before the cut-off time).

Cost Breakdown

Each processing option is priced as follows:

• Normal Processing: No additional fee
• Expedite Processing: 10% of total cost + $1.99
• Rush Processing: 20% of total cost + $3.99

1. Add your job to the shopping cart.
2. Select each processing speed to instantly see how the total cost changes.

Cut-Off Times

• Expedite Processing:
  • No cut-off time; available on most products
  • Ensures next business day mail-out
• Rush Processing:
  • Cut-off time is 3 PM Arizona time
  • Ensures same business day mail-out if paid before the cut-off

Important Notes

• These processing options do not affect the delivery timeframe.
• Delivery speed is based on the mail type selected (e.g., First-Class, Certified, FedEx).
• Estimated delivery timelines are shown when you choose your mail type but are not guaranteed.
