Certified Mail Delivery Notifications

The USPS does not notify us when a Certified Letter has been delivered, but you can look in your account to see the current status of every Certified Letter anytime!

After logging in to your LetterStream account, click on the relevant Job Name. On the job recipient list/review screen you will be able to see the actual letter that was mailed, the green status bar showing the delivery progress, a tracking link to show you each time the post office scanned the letter and, when available, the signature file that shows who signed for it.
