Regular Business Hours
Our website is operational at all times, available 24/7 365 days a year for placing orders. Our regular business hours are:
Monday – Friday
- 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Arizona Mountain Standard Time)
- In person by appointment only – Please email us ahead of time and book a time if you would like to discuss visiting during normal hours.
Saturday & Sunday
- Closed
Holiday Closures
LetterStream processes orders every weekday except on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
For exact dates and USPS holiday observances, be sure to check the postal holiday schedule on our website.
2026 Holiday Notice:
- USPS will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2025 (Christmas Day).
- The USPS will also close early on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
- USPS will close early on December 24 but will resume normal operations on Friday, December 26, 2026, even though it is a federal holiday this year.

This makes it easy to manage your mailings whenever it’s convenient for you—even outside of standard business hours.
LetterStream Timezone
Our facilities are located in Arizona, which is in the Mountain Time Zone (MT), but we have a unique twist!
Key Details:
- Standard Time: Arizona follows Mountain Standard Time (MST) year-round, which is UTC−7.
- No Daylight Saving Time: However, most of Arizona (including LetterStream locations) does not observe Daylight Saving Time (DST). So, unlike other Mountain Time areas, we do not switch to MDT (UTC−6) in the summer.
