Getting Started

Most LetterStream services result in physical mail that is handed off to the USPS for delivery. However, we also offer FedEx 2Day and certain digital-only services that do not involve physical mail.

USPS Mail Delivery

• Nearly all mail sent through LetterStream is handed off to the USPS for delivery
• This includes products such as:
  • First-Class Mail
  • Certified Mail
  • Postcards
  • Marketing Mail
• Once USPS receives the mail, they are solely responsible for final delivery

FedEx Delivery Option

• FedEx 2Day is available for mailing.

Digital Services Without Mail Delivery

Certain services are purely digital and do not result in physical mail:

• Address Cleanup Services
• CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System)
• NCOA (National Change of Address)

These services are securely processed on LetterStream’s platform and are not transferred to any delivery providers.
