When to Use a First‑Class Copy

Instead of running two entire mail jobs (one Certified, one First‑Class), you can duplicate your Certified Mail as a First‑Class copy. This is useful when you want the mailing processed under both services for higher chances of delivery.


How to Create the Duplicate

  1. Build your Certified Mail job as usual.
  2. Proceed to the Job Confirmation page (before final submission)
  3. Check that box labeled "Duplicate this job as a First-Class mailing?".
  4. Continue with the approval and submission steps as normal.

This feature lets you save time by reusing the same address, document, and settings, rather than manually recreating a new job for First‑Class.
