Bulk/Quantity Discounts

We sometimes offer quantity discounts if you are mailing more than 5,000 first-class letters per month or in a single mailing.  The same goes for Certified Mail, except at quantities of 500 pieces.

"Sometimes" is the keyword.  Some factors may cause us not to make the discount available, which is why it isn't automatic.  In order for the discount to be available, we look at various factors regarding your mailing project(s) such as the ink coverage per sheet, the quality of the documents provided, and others. We might also ask you to make changes to your documents or processes in exchange for the discounts we might offer.
