Credit Card Transaction Fail/Declined

In the event that you attempt to pay for a mailing(s) and you receive an error code, it could mean that your credit card was declined and you'll need to reach out to your bank directly for more information, as we don't have access to any information beyond that.

For example, if you were provided with an error code saying that the incorrect zip code was provided, you'll need to reach out to your bank directly for more information, even if you're certain that it was the correct zip code.  

If you have extra security features placed on your card it could also cause issues with submitting payment in which case your bank should be able to confirm if that's the issue.
