Jobs That Are Highlighted Orange

If you see a job in your LetterStream account that is highlighted in orange, it means a Schedule Date has been set for that job. This feature lets you control exactly when your mailing is sent. This is not to be confused with an orange highlight for FedEx mailings.

What the Orange Highlight Means

An orange highly can be two different things, depending on what options you have chosen.

  • FedEx Job: only the Job ID is highlighted in orange
  • Scheduled Job: if a schedule date has been applied, all job information on the "My Jobs" page will be orange.

How to Add, Remove, or Change a Schedule Date

A schedule date can be applied to any job before it begins printing.

  1. Find the job in your Job List.
  2. Click EDIT to the right of the job.
  3. Select Change Schedule Date to:
    • Set a new date
    • Remove the schedule date
    • Modify the existing date
