If you're preparing a mailing through LetterStream and need to upload addresses, you'll need to provide them in a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file. This guide explains how to save your file as a CSV from Microsoft Excel and provides a downloadable template to get you started.

Saving a CSV File from Excel
To save your address list as a CSV file using Microsoft Excel:
- Click File in the top navigation menu.
- Choose Save As.
- Select the location where you'd like to save the file.
- In the Save as type dropdown menu, select CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv).
- Click Save.
Tip: Be sure to verify your data remains correctly formatted after saving. Some special characters or formatting may change in the CSV format.
