Login Issues
Below are all of the different ways login issue can occur on our website, along with the best way to move forward depending on the issue.

Forgot Username
If you have forgotten the username that you entered when you created your LetterStream account, good news! We sent you an email when you created your LetterStream account that includes your username. Simply search your past emails for "LetterStream" or "Welcome To LetterStream" to locate that email.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your password, don't fret! You can use the forgot password option located on the homepage. You'll need to know your username to use this option.
Too Many Login Attempts
Our website limits how many login attempts can be performed before an account is temporarily suspended. If you're received a notice that you've performed too many login attempts then you'll need to wait about 20 minutes before attempting to login again.
Email Access Issues
This is a tough one. If you no longer have access to the email address that was used to set the account up with, then things do get progressively more complicated due to our extremely tight security practices. Ideally, you'll be able to use one of the simpler options above.
We will need to have you try and prove that you are the rightful owner of the account and old email address by providing quite a lot of specific evidence. We'll need:
- to know why you no longer have access to the old emai
- to see copies of the documents that were previously uploaded
- to see copies of emails that you've previously received from LetterStream
- to know the last 4 digits of the credit card(s) that were used;
... and likely a few other things depending on the requirements of our Compliance Team.
Keep in mind that creating a LetterStream account is free, so if you fall into this category you might be best of simply creating a new account. While you won't have access to your previous mailing history, you'll be able to continue sending mail right away!
Help From Administrators
If you still aren't able to login, any other users who are setup as Administrators within your account can get you into your account by updating your information on the Manage Users page.
