Below are all of the different ways login issue can occur on our website, along with the best way to move forward depending on the issue.

Forgot Username

If you have forgotten the username that you entered when you created your LetterStream account, good news!  We sent you an email when you created your LetterStream account that includes your username.  Simply search your past emails for "LetterStream" or "Welcome To LetterStream" to locate that email.


Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, don't fret! You can use the forgot password option located on the homepage. You'll need to know your username to use this option.


Too Many Login Attempts

Our website limits how many login attempts can be performed before an account is temporarily suspended.  If you're received a notice that you've performed too many login attempts then you'll need to wait about 20 minutes before attempting to login again.


Common Browser Login Errors

If you see this error or hav try the following:

  • Close your browser completely, the reopen and try to login again
  • Clear your browser cookies
  • Or, open a private/incognito browser window and attempt to log in that way.

These steps help reset any problematic cached data that may be blocking the login process.


Help From Administrators

If you are not the Account Owner, an Administrator on your LetterStream account may be able to help you regain access by updating your username.
