Address Mapping

If you are uploading an address list to create your mailing, you'll be taken to an address mapping page.  Here you'll need to tell our system which information exists within each column of your address list.  If the columns in your address list are already named (such as FirstName, LastName, Address1, Address2, and so on), then our system may be able to automatically identify and map out the information in that column.  The column of data that's assigned can be confirmed or modified by selecting the dropdown boxes on the left, selecting the option that best matches the information that exists in that column of data.

Below you can see an example where our system automatically selected the best option from the dropdown boxes based on the column name.  In this example, our system didn't automatically recognize the "state" column, so that would need to be manually selected from the dropdown list:
