Upload a New Custom Envelope or Overlay

Our website provides a number of return envelopes to select from. However, if you have your own return envelope you'd like to include we can accomodate that request. For all of the options listed below, please ensure your envelope specs and/or artwork meet USPS guidelines to ensure there aren't any deliverability issues.

To add your own return envelope, click on Add an Envelope, located on the Job Inserts Review page. There you will see the section "Upload a New Custom Envelope or Overlay (PDF file only)" and will be able to select the following options:

Custom Overlay Printing #9 Envelope

This option requires you to first add one of our #9 return envelopes to your job, and then you can upload your overlay artwork. Our system will place your overlay artwork on top of our return envelope, and you'll be able to see exactly how it will print within your proofs. This option is good if you have a small message that you'd like to include on the envelope in a location that is allowed within USPS regulations.

Custom Overlay Printing #10 Envelope

Similar to the option above, this option will allow you to overlay artwork on top of our standard sized #10 outer envelopes. This option is only available for our flat envelopes.

Custom Overlay Printing #8 Envelope

Similar to the previous options, this option will allow you to overlay artwork on top of our #8 return envelopes.

100% Client Provided Artwork #9 Envelope

This option allows you to upload a document that is sized at the exact size of a standard #9 return envelope, and we'll print the envelope exactly as your artwork appears. You do not need to select one of our #9 return envelopes along with this option.

100% Client Provided Artwork #8 Envelope

Similar to the last option, this allows you to upload a document that is sized at the exact size of a standard #8 return envelope, and we'll print the envelope exactly as your artwork appears. A #9 return envelope needs to be included in order to use the #8 return envelope.
