Return Envelope Options
Below are the several Return Envelope options available when creating certain jobs using LetterStream.
- #9 Return Envelope ($.20 each) - This is a plain (no windows) envelope that will be printed with your return mailing address in the recipient location and 4 blank lines for your customer to write in their return address.
- #9 Return Envelope with Live Metered Postage ($.88 each) - Same as the basic with postage added from a postage meter (prepaid return).
- #9 Hand Match Return Envelope ($.30 each) - Same as the basic above but will have your recipient's address information printed in the return area. Also used for recipient lists with multiple return addresses.
- #9 Hand Match Return Envelope with Live Metered Postage ($.98 each) - Same as the hand match with postage added from a postage meter (prepaid return). Also used for recipient lists with multiple return addresses.
- #8 Secret Ballot Enclosed Envelope ($.15 each) - Our custom Secret Ballot Envelope makes your ballot mailing easy. The #8 size will fit into a #9 return envelope.
- #9 Right Window Secure Return Envelope ($.10 each) - A single windowed return envelope. Requires that the return address of your document’s coupon be formatted correctly. If you are unsure, please contact us before using this envelope.
- #9 Left Window Secure Return Envelope ($.10 each) - A single windowed return envelope. Requires that the return address of your document’s coupon be formatted correctly. If you are unsure, please contact us before using this envelope.
- 6 3/4 Return Envelope ($.05 each) - One or more single windowed return envelopes for check remittance (# to be included for each recipient). Requires that the return address of your document’s coupon be formatted correctly. If you are unsure, please contact us before using this envelope.
- 12 pack of 6 3/4 Return Envelope ($.51 per 12 pack) - Includes a 12 pack of single windowed return envelopes for check remittance. Requires that the return address of your document’s coupon be formatted correctly. If you are unsure, please contact us before using this envelope.
- Flat Return Envelopes - Including a flat return envelope within your mailing might be possible. Reach out to our team for more information.
- Multiple Return Envelopes - You can include multiple return envelopes in a single mailing. For ballot/return envelope mailings, refer to our process for creating Annual Meeting and Secret Ballot Mailings. To include multiple #9 sized return envelopes, please contact our team for assistance.
