This guide explains how to handle situations where you'd like to duplicate a previous job in LetterStream. While the system does not currently support job duplication, this article offers insight into how to efficiently recreate mailings and streamline the process.

Can I Duplicate a Mailing?

Currently, LetterStream does not support duplicating or cloning an existing job. Each mailing must be created as a new job from scratch.


Creating a New Job Instead

To replicate a previous mailing:

  1. Log into your LetterStream account.
  2. Review the previous mailing to confirm the details.
  3. Click the Send Letters button to create a new job.
  4. Upload your document(s) and recipient list as needed.
  5. Follow the steps to review, approve, and pay for the job.

After creating a few jobs, this process typically takes only a few minutes.


Tips to Save Time

  • Use the LetterStream Address Book for frequently used addresses.
  • Save document templates locally for quick re-upload.
  • Maintain a standardized naming and filing system for easy reference.
