USPS Business Reply Mail (BRM)

Wondering if you can use your Business Reply Mail (BRM) envelope through LetterStream? You can!

You'll need to design/format your BRM envelope on the USPS website, as there are strict standards for design and layout. If you do not follow the USPS specs your envelopes will still be mailed but they will likely fail during delivery.

Once you have your official BRM envelope artwork created (sized as a #9 return envelope - 8.88' x 3.88'), you can upload it to our website using the custom return envelope process!

The arwork that is generated from the USPS for your BRM should also be sized correctly, so you should be able to crop the dimensions out of the artwork by using their crop marks.
