This guide explains how to manually add an additional recipient to your mailing job from within your LetterStream account. It also highlights limitations for certain job types and settings.

How to Add an Additional Recipient

If a job has not yet been approved and is not in the shopping cart, additional recipients can be added.

To manually add another recipient to a job:

  1. Log into your LetterStream account.
  2. Navigate to the Job Inserts/Review page for your mailing job.
  3. Click the Add Additional Recipient option.
  4. Enter the recipient's details to include them in the mailing.

Limitations and Restrictions

  • This feature is not available for all job types.
  • The Add Additional Recipient option is disabled if the Collate setting is enabled for the job.

If you're unable to see this option, double-check the job type or collate settings to ensure compatibility.
