Secure Facilities

We maintain high-security protocols at all of our production facilities:

  • All visitors must sign in electronically and be accompanied by an employee escort at all times.
  • No unescorted visitors are allowed in the production area.
  • Recording devices and cameras are strictly prohibited inside production areas.

Document Purge Option

How We Protect All Mailings

LetterStream applies the same high level of security to every mailing we process, whether it contains Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), financial or legal information, or ordinary business and marketing content.

Our secure systems, production processes, facility controls, and employee security practices are used across all mail types. You do not need to designate a mailing as containing PHI or PII for it to receive secure handling.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

LetterStream maintains redundant production facilities to support continuity of mailing operations.

We also maintain a formal internal Disaster Recovery (DR) process and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) designed to support continued operations and recovery in the event of a disruption.
