LetterStream Security Practices

We take security very seriously at every aspect at LetterStream. Here are some highlights:

• LetterStream is proud to hold HIPPA certification for all of our employees. This allows us to process and mail letters for customers with PHI data, as well as serving legal, financial, and government agencies.
• Our website uses industry standard encryption and security features.
• LetterStream has completely secure facilities. No-one is allowed in without an employee escort, and all visitors must sign in electronically before entering our production area with that escort. We do not allow any recording devices or cameras in our production facilities.
• Our customers have the option to purge their documents, which clears all of their documents out of their account at a specified time.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, outstanding customer service and ridiculously fast turn around. With all of these processes in place our customers feel confident in our ability to handle private information on a daily basis.
