I want to change/correct my return address on a job
You can change your return address for a specific mailing as long as the job has not entered our production process, which happens when you pay for your job. If you need changes after paying for the job you will want to pause the job and contact our customer service department.
You can change your return address or you can even swap out your address with a logo image. (Please make sure your logo image includes your complete return address).
One place to change your return address is on the Recipient Review page. There is a link above the address list called "Update Return Address".
Another place to change your return address, which will also let you replace your address with an image is on the Review Inserts page. Click the blue Job Options button to change your address.
