This guide explains how to update the return address on a mailing in your LetterStream account before it has been paid for.

When You Can Update the Return Address
You can update the return address only if the job has not been paid for. If the job is already in your shopping cart, you must first remove it from the cart before making changes.
How to Update the Return Address
- Log in to your LetterStream account.
- Click on the job name of the mailing you wish to update.
- You’ll be taken to the Recipient List/Review page.
- Click “Update Return Address” at the top of the page.
- Make and save your changes.
Important Notes
- You cannot modify a mailing that is already in your shopping cart. To make changes, remove the mailing from the cart first.
- Once a job is approved and paid, no further changes (including return address edits) can be made. In that case, you would need to cancel the job and re-upload the corrected version.
