The Address Book feature in your LetterStream account allows you to organize and manage multiple addresses efficiently. One key feature is the ability to create and manage address groups, making it easier to send mail to specific sets of recipients.

Creating a New Address Group

This feature is useful if you frequently send mail to the same list of recipients or want quick access to grouped addresses.

To create a new group within your address book:

  1. Log into your LetterStream account.
  2. Navigate to the My Account section and click on Address Book.
  3. Click the Add New Group button.
  4. Name your group and begin adding addresses to it as needed.
    • Renaming Groups: Currently, there is no option to rename an existing group.

Deleting an Address Group

To remove an address group:

  1. Go to your Address Book.
  2. Select the group you want to delete.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click the blue Delete Group button.
