Color Printing Standards
Our color printers are calibrated weekly based on factory specifications to ensure consistency and quality. These calibrations help us deliver documents that are visually accurate and professionally printed.
Color Matching Limitations
While we aim for near-identical color output, exact color matching is not guaranteed. Certain shades— especially gradients, pinks, fleshy tones, and light backgrounds—may appear slightly different than expected.
We do not support color matching based on:
- PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors
- Hex codes
- RGB or CMYK values
Best Practices for High-Quality Color Output
To enhance the overall quality of your printed documents:
- Choose premium paper during the mailing setup process. Premium paper helps colors appear more vivid and improves overall print clarity.
- Avoid relying on exact color matching for branding or critical design elements that require precise shade accuracy.
By following these tips, your documents will maintain a professional look and feel — better than standard office copiers!
