Getting Started

Most LetterStream products are mailed out within two business days. This guide explains mail out speeds, how to confirm your mail-out date, and options for faster mail out if needed.

Normal Turnaround Time

• Most mailings are fulfilled and mailed within 2 business days
• You can confirm the specific mail-out date for each job in the shopping cart before payment

Rush and Expedited Options

• If you need to guarantee mail is sent faster than the normal 2 business day timeframe, rush and expedite options are available
• These services must be selected prior to checkout

Business Hours and Mail Out Schedule

• Operating hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Arizona Time)
• We do not send mail out on evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Jobs submitted during off-hours will begin processing on the next business day, and the 2 business day timeframe starts from that point

Mailings That May Take Longer

Certain products may exceed the 2-business-day default:

• Coupon Booklet Mailings: May take up to 4 business days
• Mailings with “buckslip” paper: May take up to 4 business days

API Turnaround Time

• Jobs submitted via the API are limited to the default 2 business day mail out speed
• Expedite and rush options are not currently supported for API submissions
