LetterStream Processing Timeframes

We have a 2-business day turnaround/fulfillment timeframe for most of our products (be sure to check the fulfillment date within the shopping cart to confirm what the mail-out date will be for each job, as it can vary).

If you need to guarantee that your mailing goes out faster than our standard 2-business-day timeframe we do have some options for you!  Click here to find out more.

Our facilities are open from Monday through Friday, 9:00 am until 5:00 pm (Arizona Time).  We generally don't work evenings, weekends, or holidays so if you give us mail during any of these times the jobs will sit until we show up for work the next business day, which is when the 2 business days begin.

Our website will confirm the latest mail-out date for every mailing within the shopping cart, prior to payment.

Please note, that some jobs may take longer to process than the standard two-business day timeframe.  See below for the current list of jobs/products that may take longer:
