Before submitting payment, every job must be reviewed and approved on the Order Confirmation page. This step ensures accuracy, prevents errors, and keeps production timelines on track. Once a job is paid for, it immediately enters production and cannot be modified.

Required Acknowledgment
To proceed with your order, you must check the red “Required” box on the Order Confirmation page. This box includes the following acknowledgment:
“I acknowledge that I have reviewed and approved the proofs, and that once paid for this job will immediately enter production and cannot be modified, and canceling it may incur fees. I further acknowledge that refunds are not provided for USPS delivery issues.”
You must confirm this acknowledgment before you can complete payment.
Proof Review
Carefully reviewing your proofs is one of the most important steps when building a job. Proofs display exactly what will be printed and mailed, allowing you to verify:
- Spelling and grammar
- Address accuracy
- Formatting and layout
- Design elements
Once you approve and pay for a job it is locked and no further changes can be made.
Job Cancellations
- Cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
- If cancellation is possible, fees may apply depending on the stage of production.

Refunds & USPS Delivery Issues
- LetterStream guarantees our printing and mailing services.
- However, we do not offer refunds for issues that occur after mailing, such as:
- USPS or FedEx delays
- Lost or undelivered mail
- Incorrect delivery
